Ah, what a beautiful day for a 5K.

Tuesday's Run: 2.89 miles. 22:37, 7'48/m 
Thursday's run: 2.86 miles: 23:59, 8'22/m

 The Martian Mile is today.  Let's hope that I can break through the wall today.
