I mentioned yesterday the motivation I desperately seek out in order to finish a run. Often enough, motivation is just as important to start a run. Today was a great example. I had several perfectly good reasons to take the day off.
- It was 16 degrees outside.
- I had just run yesterday, and I could very well accomplish my goal by running every other day.
- It was 16 degrees outside.
And what an improvement it was. Although I'm still on my 2 mile track - I came in 45 seconds quicker than yesterday. My first little victory - just two days in! And in case you were wondering, my leftovers were delicious!
